If the home fails, you will request and pay for another test. If the home is not ready for testing, you will request and pay for another test. If our technician does not arrive to test the home on the mutually agreed date as per email, you will be entitled to a full refund as well as a free retest. Our technician will email a report (as recommended by the Building Officials Association of Florida) to you within 2 working days of the test.
